Bill Cosby and His Thoughts About Women, Relationships, and Life

Bill Cosby was born as William Henry Cosby in Philadelphia in 1937. Cosby is widely known for his many talents. He has been not only an actor and comedian, but also a pretty successful author, educator, activist, television producer, and musician. He has enjoyed a long career until recently.
Probably the beginning of his career could be called to be his starring in a TV show named I Spy in the 1960s. With this role of his, he made a name for himself in this business. Later on, in the 1980s, he actually managed to become quiet famous. The step he took was to produce and star in his own sitcom, which became very popular. The name of the sitcom was The Bill Cosby Show. The main idea of the scenario was to highlight the daily life, struggles, growth, practically the overall experience of an African-American family, which was presented as an affluent one. The sitcom aired in 1984 and continued eight years until 1992. It was known to be the number one show in America for five consecutive years. Cosby has been starring himself in the show and actually playing the role of the father of a “happy” family. The sitcom was probably so successful because it was practically a reflection of Cosby’s character liked by many.

Unfortunately, later in his life, Cosby was not as lucky. His fame quickly got a turn down the lane, as he was accused by a variety of women, claiming just horrific facts for Bill Cosby. All of them stated that Cosby was a sexual predator during the years of his successful career and that he took advantage of them and their innocence.  Practically all of the accusation included rape and a number of undesired sexual acts initiated by Cosby. Not only, but most of the women claimed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, again Cosby being responsible. Bill Cosby did not confessed to all of those accusations, he either denied them or simply refused to comment.
